Scope of Work

NeoNgage is an iGaming CRM platform built for operators serving emerging markets, where player behavior, payment habits, and regulation look nothing like the playbook from Malta or Manila. We designed it to replace the patchwork of email tools, spreadsheets, and offshore vendor dashboards that most local operators stitch together, with a single workspace for segmenting players, running campaigns, and measuring lifetime value. The core challenge was building something powerful enough for a sophisticated retention team while remaining usable by a lean ops crew running multiple brands at once. NeoNgage gives operators the tooling to compete on retention rather than on acquisition spend alone, which is where margins quietly evaporate in this category. It is positioned as Neoafric's bet on the back office of African gaming: the layer no one outside the industry sees but every operator needs.

NeoNgage as an Operator OS
Most CRM tools force operators to think in terms of channels: email lists, SMS blasts, push campaigns. NeoNgage flips that frame, organizing the platform around player cohorts and lifecycle moments instead, then letting channels follow the journey rather than define it. From a single screen, a retention manager can see who has gone cold, who is approaching a deposit milestone, and who is showing risk signals, and trigger the right intervention without leaving the view. The design language pulls from the operations dashboards our team has built across fintech and ad-tech, prioritizing legibility and speed over flourish.

Segmentation and Campaign Engine
Behind NeoNgage's clean front sits a segmentation engine that lets retention teams compose behavioral cohorts from any combination of game activity, deposit patterns, session timing, and bonus response, without writing SQL. Campaigns then flow out across email, SMS, in-app, and WhatsApp through a single composer with shared assets, A/B branches, and holdout groups built in by default. Reporting closes the loop with attribution that respects how players actually move between channels, rather than crediting whichever touch happened last. The goal throughout was to put the discipline of a top-tier growth team into the hands of operators who have never been able to afford one.
